  • Microbiologist

    Required

    • Education : B.SC, M.Sc (Microbiology)
    • Position Level : Entry Level
    • Experience : 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)


    Job Specification

    • Candidate will be responsible to perform Microbiological testing of Raw & Packaging Material, In-Process & Finished Products and to assist in preparing and maintaining Microbiological SOPs. Having good communication & interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and good team player. Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Research & Development

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • 1. Responsible for the planning and development of all new Ice Cream products;
    • 2. Responsible for overseeing and managing the R&D operations, teams, equipment, and tools;
    • 3. Develop the annual budget plan for the R&D Department and regularly monitor the implementation and compliance to the budget and address any deviations;
    • 4. Responsible for leading all Product Development projects in collaboration with other involved Departments including Marketing, Sales, Production, and Quality. Such projects would normally involve product concept development, product testing, documentation, product regulatory approval, selection and installation of new equipment;
    • 5. Ensure that all used raw material and products are compliant with the applicable regulations and standards;
    • 6. Manage the selection, appointment, and retention of the R&D Department s team members;
    • 7. Maintain the company's interfaces with suppliers, business partners, and relevant organizations, wherever applicable;

  • Marketing Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • 1. Setting sales and marketing KPI’s;
    • 2. Working with the CEO on approaches to building marketing strategies;
    • 3. Mastering sales techniques and giving advice;
    • 4. Update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data;
    • 5. Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy;
    • 6. Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM;
    • 7. Managing the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content;
    • 8. Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences;
    • 9. Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors;
    • 10. Researching potential target industries and customers;
    • 11. Attending meetings with customers alongside brokers;
    • 12. Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company;
  • Sales Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • 1. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area;
    • 2. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance;
    • 3. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement;
    • 4. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends;
    • 5. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence;
    • 6. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members;
    • 7. Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, processionals and personal contacts to build referral;
    • 8. Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees;
    • 9. Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team;
    • 10.Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals;
